At CustEm Extension Hair Supply, we stand behind the quality our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. As a small business, we ask that you please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any hair extensions or beauty products once they have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@custemextensions.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly exchange the product or offer store credit if the issue is verified.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, all sales are considered final.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. For issues with delivery, contact the carrier directly.
